Using the site as a guest
Your theme preference and device favorites are stored in your browser. Message drafts, checker input, playbook edits, and reminder-card designs are processed in your browser. Using the optional AI rewrite sends the chosen draft to our server and Groq. Otherwise, they are saved only when you choose “Save favorite”. Clearing browser data removes device favorites.
Optional Google sign-in
Opening My favorites loads Firebase Authentication so you can choose to sign in. If you previously signed in on this browser, the site also restores your session when you return. A browser flag remembers that choice. Google and Firebase handle authentication. The app receives your account identifier and basic profile information, such as your display name and email address. It does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Teams account, or Slack account.
Signing in does not automatically import device favorites. Use the explicit import button if you want to copy them into your account. Other drafts are not uploaded unless you explicitly use the optional AI rewrite.
Saved account items
When signed in, favorites and reminder-card designs that you save are stored in Cloud Firestore under your account identifier. Records include a title, content, item type, and update time. Access rules restrict other visitors from reading or changing your collection. Authorized project administrators can access stored project data.
Card images are generated on your device. Only an editable design is stored when you save a card; downloaded PNG files are not uploaded to storage.
Optional AI rewrites
Choosing “Improve with AI” sends the current draft, selected tone, and language through Firebase Cloud Functions to Groq. Do not include passwords or confidential workplace information. Our application does not store or log AI drafts or responses; Groq processes requests under its own data handling policies. AI results may contain mistakes, so review them before copying or saving.
Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise and Firebase App Check verify the browser when you request an AI rewrite. These services process technical browser and request information to detect abuse. The server keeps daily network fingerprints and request counts for rate limiting, using a keyed hash rather than storing your raw IP address in the counters. Network counters expire after seven days; monthly totals expire after 62 days. Infrastructure providers may also retain technical request logs. Networks shared by a household or workplace share the daily allowance. No Google sign-in is required for AI.
Your controls
You can edit or remove individual saved items in My favorites. Sign out to return to the separate device collection. Removing an account item deletes it from the active collection; downloaded files and copies you shared elsewhere are unaffected.
Use “Delete account and saved items” in My favorites to delete your saved collection and Firebase sign-in account. A recent Google sign-in may be required. Device favorites remain separate and can be removed individually.
Services and external links
Firebase Hosting serves the site. Google and Firebase process authentication and service requests according to their own policies. Hosting and service infrastructure may process technical request information needed to operate the site. This app does not add advertising or analytics trackers.
Buy Me a Coffee and other external links open services with their own privacy practices. Downloading a reminder card does not post it to another service; native sharing occurs only when you choose it.
